Most of these seniors are already educated about reverse mortgages and are actively seeking to apply now and not just searching for DVD's or other forms of basic information. Many are ready to apply for a reverse mortgage now and many others will apply within the year if kept in contact with by the loan officer. Each reverse mortgage lead ranges from $50 to $200 depending on what you choose between email or live transfer leads. The average conversion rate to a loan application is around 1 out of 5 leads with our current clients, so in essence it will cost you about about $600 for each reverse mortgage you originate.
We guarantee accurate contact information for each prospect and that the age of at least one of the seniors applying is at least 62. We also guarantee that you will be able to contact them. We will replace any lead with a new lead that does not meet these guarantees.
